How much does a website cost?

Why does being found on Google matter for my trade?

Because that’s where new customers look first. In Mantel’s survey of 422 homeowners who shopped for heating and cooling in 2025, Google Search and Maps was the most common starting point (39.3%), and homeowners contacted only about two contractors on average. If you’re not on that short list, you don’t get the chance to quote.

Referrals still matter, but Google is how people who don’t know you yet find you. We dig into the numbers in When the AC Dies, Homeowners Google It.

How long until I see results?

Honest answer: it depends on your market, your competition, and where you’re starting from, so we can’t promise a timeline or a ranking (and be wary of anyone who does). A new website and Google Business Profile can be live within days to a couple of weeks. Ads can start bringing calls as soon as they launch. Map and organic visibility usually builds over a few months as your profile, reviews, and pages add up. We’ll show you what we’re tracking along the way.

Do I need a website if I already have a Facebook page?

Keep the Facebook page, but it isn’t enough on its own. You don’t own it, and it isn’t built to show up in Google search or turn a visitor into a call. A website is a home base you control, with your services, service area, reviews, and a tap-to-call button, and it’s what your Google Business Profile links to. BrightLocal’s 2026 survey found 54% of consumers visit a business’s website after reading positive reviews.

What is a Google Business Profile?

It’s your free business listing on Google: the box with your name, phone number, hours, reviews, and photos that shows up in Google Maps and in the map results at the top of local searches. Homeowners can call you right from it. We set it up, get it verified, and keep it complete and current.

How do reviews help my business?

Reviews are what people check before they call. BrightLocal’s 2026 survey found 97% of consumers read reviews for local businesses, 47% won’t use a business with fewer than 20 reviews, and 74% only care about reviews from the last three months. Steady, recent, real reviews build trust and help your Google profile. We help you set up a simple way to ask every happy customer, with a link and QR code. We never buy, fake, or write reviews.

Do you work with businesses outside Tampa?

Yes. We’re based in Tampa, Florida, and work with roofers, HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, and cleaning companies anywhere in the U.S. Everything can be done by phone, video, and email.

What do I need to give you to get started?

Not much. Usually:

  • Your business name, phone number, and the cities you serve
  • The services you offer, and the ones you want more of
  • Your logo and any photos of your team, trucks, and work
  • Access to your Google Business Profile, domain, and current website, if you have them
  • A few minutes for a kickoff call
